1. Agreement to Terms

By installing or using any Red360 Apps application ("Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Apps.

2. Description of Service

Red360 Apps provides Shopify applications designed to help merchants improve their stores. Our Apps include but are not limited to: shipping bars, countdown timers, social proof popups, and age verification gates.

3. Pricing and Billing

Pricing is displayed in the Shopify App Store listing for each app
Billing is processed through Shopify's billing system
Some apps offer free plans with limited features
Paid plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated
You may cancel at any time through your Shopify admin

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied with our app within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. Refunds after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our Apps for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our Apps
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Apps
Use our Apps to transmit malware or malicious code
Resell or redistribute our Apps without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Our Apps and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Red360 Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Red360 Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Apps. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer

Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Apps immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
